Trade Returns & Refunds Policy – KleanPro Supplies

This Trade Returns & Refunds Policy applies exclusively to trade, business-to-business (B2B), and professional customers purchasing from KleanPro Supplies. Consumer purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refund Policy.


1. Applicability

This policy applies to all purchases made by:

  • Sole traders, companies, or organisations purchasing goods for business, trade, or professional use

  • Purchases marked as Trade Only or Professional Use Only

Important: Trade customers do not have statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law, including the 14-day cooling-off period. All returns and refunds are governed by this policy and contract law.


2. Change of Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Goods)

Trade customers may request a return for non-faulty goods only with prior authorisation from KleanPro Supplies.

2.1 Conditions for Approval

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Returns must include all components and documentation.

2.2 Administration Fee and Shipping Costs

  • A £25 administration fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for returning the goods.

  • If KleanPro Supplies arranges return shipping, the cost of shipment will be deducted from the refund.

2.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

  • Refunds are limited to the original purchase price minus the £25 administration fee and any shipping costs.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Trade customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

3.1 Reporting Faulty Goods

  • Notify KleanPro Supplies within 48 hours of receipt of the faulty or incorrect goods.

  • Goods must not be used beyond inspection or testing.

  • Photographic evidence may be requested to verify the fault.

3.2 Remedies

  • KleanPro Supplies may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  • Return shipping costs for faulty goods may be reimbursed at KleanPro Supplies’ discretion.

Note: The £25 administration fee does not apply to returns of faulty or incorrect goods.


4. Items Excluded from Trade Returns

The following are non-returnable for any reason:

  • Perishable or short-shelf-life products

  • Custom-made or personalised goods

  • Clearance or sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Products that have been used or opened in a manner unsuitable for resale


5. Return Process for Trade Customers

  1. Contact our Trade Support team with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photographs if goods are damaged or incorrect

  2. Obtain prior authorisation before returning goods.

  3. Return goods securely; the purchaser bears responsibility for transit.

  4. Refunds (minus the £25 admin fee and shipping costs) will be processed after inspection of returned goods.


6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Trade customers agree that their rights and remedies are determined under contract law rather than consumer protection legislation.
